Slavic Village Field Transformation

Located southeast of Downtown, Slavic Village is one of Cleveland's oldest neighborhoods. This historic community was first settled in 1799 and was home to Cleveland's first Slavic immigrants who came to the growing City in search for a better life. Once home to bustling streets, businesses, shops and restaurants Slavic Village has faced decades of depression, foreclosure, and has lagged behind other growing neighborhoods around Cleveland. Today, we are excited to be part of resurrecting this community and making it an ideal place to live, work and play for generations to come. 

Morgana Park in 1958
